Guide reviews for Katy,TX

Hoping someone could help me out, trying to find a guide in the Katy/Brookshire area. Did some research myself, but I am stuck between Larry Gore, Butch's Guide Service, and Double JJ Outfitters(however there are not many reviews on the web that I could find). Does anyone have any experience with any of the guides that I mentioned? If not, does anyone have another guide they would be able to refer for the Katy area?

Larry Gore is no longer in business. Butch runs a great business and has been hunting that area forever. Have nothing but good things about him. No info on Double JJ.

I hunted with Larry Gores outfit many years ago. Some hunts were great, some were slow. That's hunting. I thought that Katy was now pretty much built out, and that the snow geese no longer came to the area in large numbers because of less rice being grown.

I am hunting this area since last 15 years. You are right Brother Phil,the area is all built up But still there are duck in some pockets. If you have an HONEST outfitter he will put you to the birds.

I hunted with Tim last year. Took really good care of my and my group.

Yes I totally agree with HOU Razorback. Tim Crawly is a good person.
