5 day Spring Black Bear Hunt for 1 hunter hunting over bait in Quebec, Canada valued @ $3,000.00. The average size bear is 200-300 lbs but 300-400 lbs Bruins are possible (over 90% kill opportunity the last 3 years). Lodging, meals, guide and unlimited Fishing with boat motor and gas are also included in this package as well. The species of fish are Walleye, Northern Pike and Small Mouth Bass. Licenses are not included ($250). This hunt is valid for the 2015 or 2016 hunting seasons. The hunting season is May 15 – June 30th. Additional hunters welcome @ $3000 + licenses. From experience if you can book Memorial Day week that is one of the best
times to hunt Spring Bear in Canada for both weather and activity. Looking
at this years calendar the holiday is early so the week after June 1st would
be even better.

So is this hunt in Ontario or Quebec? Reason for asking is that Ontario does not have a Spring season for non residents? The website only shows Ontario?

This guy is correct. I live in Ontario and the spring hunt is resident only, however if you look under the "hunts" menu there is an option for Quebec spring bear:
