I have a family farm in Bartlett, Tx. The property has never been seriously hunted and holds some good deer. Corn and winter wheat is planted on the property and the deer are starting to become a problem. Its not uncommon to see 10-20 deer every evening while riding around.
This will be bow only. You can take 1 trophy and 1 cull. If you come during bow season you can take 1 doe as well.
Lodging is not included but there are hotels down the road.
The cost of the hunt is $600 per person. There is a 2 person minimum for the hunt.
