Looking for cull/meat hunt

Anyone have any inexpensive cull or meat hunts, preferably within a few hours drive of San Antonio? I'm just looking to put a little hunting spin on an assigned rifle review for a national magazine -- and a little meat in the freezer. Not picky about species, just looking for something inexpensive and 30-06 appropriate.
