1000 acre high fenced ranch located in Kosse,Tx. Lots of thick woods to grow some nice trophy's. Come stay in our nice 3200 sq/ft lodge for $100/day(2 day min) meals and animal care not provided. ( $200/day for complete red carpet lodging). You will hunt in double stands with feeders. Any Axis,Fallow,Sika or Audad you choose is $1250. Rams are $500 and hogs are $1/lb.No hidden fees,you do the math. You will see game and we do have large animals but it is a hunting ranch and not a canned hunt. If you choose not to pull the trigger,you only pay for lodging. Nice covered skinning rack,walk in cooler,large pit,grill and full kitchen for your use. It's all about a good time here. It's fairly new,I just bought it in Feb. but I know it was there in 2006...cant seem to track back past that.

Any doe or meat hunts that I could do just a quick evening hunt or something if I'm in town?

I just got back from a hunt with Double K Outfitters.It was a fantastic trip and Kelly is a great host. He will work his tail off to get you on what you are looking for. This was our 2nd hunt and the 3rd group from Washington State that has made the trip. His prices have went up (a little), but I still think he is pretty tough to beat. It is $1500 across the board for exotics(axis, fallow, aoudad, sika, blackbuck or red deer) and $500 for rams (and he has some nice ones). Hogs are still $1 a pound and there is a ton of them! His lodge is super comfortable with a great kitchen sat. TV and comfortable rooms. I am looking forward to making a return trip next year and this time I am thinking of taking my wife. We seen some of every animal, the aoudads were a bit elusive to say the least, but had shots at fallow, BB, sika and axis. Even had a young 5x5 stag that I could have taken. We also seen a few elk including a very nice bull (wall mounter) but I have no idea the cost of elk. I seen several other great fallow, including one that I came very close to taking, but I could not get over the uniqueness of the one I took.

this guy is still out there. I had him in my cross hairs for several minutes, but I was still hoping to get a shot at an aoudad and I let him walk. His is a great looking fallow and SUPER WIDE!
