Ultra Deer Tower

I have a 20 footer and am in Ohio. The freeze thaw here has really messed up the fiberglass with cracking around the windows. I am going to need to replace them. Any suggestions on the best way to do this once I tear them out? It looks like they are an inside mount but won't know until I get into it. Anyone know how they are mounted etc>
