repair inside of protien feeder

Any suggestion on how to repair rusted inside of feeder? I know I want to sand/scrape, prime, and paint but the problem is accessing it. Not sure what model they are but their 1000pound gravity fed.

Maybe this is ignorance, but can you not just open the top and do it from there? If the pipes are rusted, I’d just spray in the openings and do the best you can.

We'll it's the inside I'm worried about and can't really get to all of it from opening to scrape rust and repaint.

Just lay it down, then you can get to the sides.

Spray it with some Bedliner in a can.

Sandblast the inside.
