Has anyone used theWildgame Innovations Trophy Hunter 12V? are they trustworthy. Does the spin plate keep the coons out?

I have one on one of my feeders. It is a good strong motor. As far as coons I have not had any attempt climbing my feeder to get at it. I doubt they could get to the motor anyways the way the feeder is designed. If they were able to get to it though I think they would be able to get some corn.

I was thinking about that or the Triple C feeder. THey are a little more expensive but have GREAT reviews.

I would not get a wildgame. I have never owned one of there timers but everything else wildgame i have owned was junk.
