Rhino lining Deer blinds

Rhino lining Deer blinds - 01/09/13 05:21 PM

I am thinking of offering bed liner for the exterior of my blinds instead of paint.. I can get 8 different colors, the main two would be black, dark green.. I normally charge $100 to paint the blind, was thinking of $300 to rhino line exterior.. So basically you would just be paying $200 more for something that would last a long, long time if not forever.. I value yalls opinions since yall are most of my business.. Thanks

I had some friends who made metal blinds a few years ago look into doing this. They experimented with it but never did it.

I self sprayed X treme liner on one I built. $300 isn't a bad price. Its expensive just to buy the product. Mine was 6x6 though.
I liked the result though. You can use thin plywood and the liner protects it.

Bout 1/16 thick.. To be honest it will cost me $216 to do a 4x6 so I won't be making that much. Just want to give my customers an option to make the blind more durable

Sounds like a good idea. Would both seal and protect it, sounds like a win-win. Keep us updated.

I am sure you know this but make sure the stand is prepped well or it will peel off

You got it Carter. The rep was telling me that as long as it wasn't cabinet grade it would stick. But to be safe I should rough it up some. Thanks for info
