Snake boot repair - 06/20/21 10:58 PM
The sole on 1 of my Lacrosse snake boots is separating from the upper. Too expensive and too good of shape to just throw away.
Recommendation for a good adhesive to fix?

My dad uses shoe goo on boots when they start to go... it's not like most other glues and stays pliable so it flexes with movement of your foot. not rigid.

Repaired my snake boots with shoe goo last year. Just had my new snake boots delivered today because the repair only lasted a year....but that is one year of use still!

If it’s the leather variety, I bet a good shoemaker could resole them.
I used Gorilla glue very liberally and put rubber bands around sole and boot to hold it tight a few days. Been going fine 3 years now.

Just about every pair of boots or Teva sandals that I have has been repaired at least once with Shoe Goo. Great stuff, and like mentioned above - it stays flexible and bonds to anything!!

If you choose to have them repaired
I’m recommending Logan’s on the square in Denton.
