We set up our 12x14 with frame and rain fly and everything inside in about 30-45 minutes.
The rain fly really helps let the snow slide right off.
I also picked up some 5x15 canvas painting drop cloths and hang them along the walls inside from the frame. Makes a double wall and is much warmer in cold weather.
First pic shows 16-18 of snow that fell in one night, tapped the inside of the roof and it slid right off.
You should get a window opposite the door for ventilation in warm weather.
A good friend made the wood stove and it is great.
