RCBS Competition Seater Die

RCBS Competition Seater Die - 05/21/17 08:40 PM

Good, bad, ugly?

Do I have to get the comp sizer die to go with it or will my regular die do just fine?

Also heard, a custom bullet seater is needed if you load ballistic tips with it. Any truth to this? Can't find any info on RCBS website about it.

I have loaded Nosler Ballistic Tips and Accubonds with my Regular RCBS dies and have had no problems.

I love mine, the window and the mic adjust rock.

I love the RCBS competition seater die. I just wish it was available in all calibers! If you don't have a special tight cut chamber, the standard sizing die is all you need.

I have that die for my 220, and I like it a lot.

I shoot Nosler BT's in most rifles, and use a variety of seaters. No problems at all.

I have one. Nothing I couldn't live without, but the the window is quite helpful.
