Shorts in the blind...

Definitely gonna be shorts in the pop up blind for me weekend. Was really hoping for a bit more from this cool front(If you can call it that).

Who else wears shorts to the blind?

if I have to track an animal it sucks walking thru the woods in shorts

I wear shorts in my popup blind until I start getting frost on my knees. I never shoot any deer so I don't have to worry about tracking them through the brush.

I can just drive 2 miles back to camp and put on pants. There and back in 15 minutes.

Mosquitoes like me way, way to much to offer them that kind of buffet opportunity.

Shorts and Crocs more than half the time I hunt.

64 degrees here right now. I'm sure it will be shorts in the evening though.

Got mine on rt now. I loaded my rig this morning and forgot my trash bag of no scent clothes! Had everything else including my skeeter net jacket and thermocell. I'll just have to suffer if I've gotta track! That'll be alright. Come on 10 pt sufferage!

All the time when its hot. Shorts and rubber hunting boots. I have a piece of carpet in my pop up so I can kick those boots off.

Sitting in my tree stand, 18' an old oak tree. It was HOT out, so I was wearing shorts that evening. Though my snake boots effectively cover all but my knee caps up to my shorts.

My shorts didn't seem to bother my opening day buck; and - thankfully - I didn't have to track him but a few yards from where he was hit.

Never and for the same reason as above. If I don't want to have to track an animal through tall grasses, cactus, brush in shorts. Plus I have to walk quite a ways to climb into my blind
