Quality, the rifles I've held weren't all that. One rifle had lots of blemishes in the lower, another felt pretty sloppy, upper and lower wasn't a tight fit. That was enough to convince me that they needed some improvement and spend coin elsewhere. Of course this was a few year's back so they could've improved .
DB is a decent over the counter brand. I have an DB10 AR10 that I bought after seeing a buddy's and how well it shot. Admittedly, I had troubles getting the barrel to shoot. I called DB and explained everything I had tried and what the groups had looked like (I even bought factory Gold Metal Match to prove my point). After one phone call and a single conversation they sent me another barrel no further questions asked. They wanted the old one so they could see what was wrong with it. I put the new barrel on and it's shot well since. No it's not a hammer but it will hammer stuff it's pointed at.
I'd buy another if it was one I wanted...good company to do business with and more importantly they act like they appreciate and want your business.
That one looks like a parts bin gun. Anderson is about the lowest rung you can get before the poly lowers. Definitely wouldn't pay $750 for it. Probably wouldn't pay $550 for it to be honest.
