Got a new ruger gp100 have not shot it yet after looking a rear sight noticed it was not level. would it be better to get new sight blade from ruger or just get williams fire sights.

Has anyone removed the rear blade took off the screw it was installed wrong is it ok to tap with rubber hammer.
