They have rifled chokes for shooting sabots

I have no experience with the rifled chokes, but with rifled slugs cylinder chokes are recommended. I would not go tighter than a Mod. Using too tight a choke with slugs can actually cause the chokes to stick in the gun and be a pain to get out. Shooting through too tight a choke is not dangerous though

Yes you can. There are rifled tubes for shooting saboted slugs. Use improved cylinder or cylinder to shoot foster style slugs. The question is why would you want to shoot rifled slugs through your over and under?
A front and rear rifle sight or scope are generally required for reasonable hunting accuracy.
