Anybody here have them? If you do, how about a review of how well, or not, it works? Thanks.

I don't know for sure about that particular model, but my one experience with Alien Gear was that the "backer" that the formed shells mount on is flat. In other words, it had no accommodation for fitting the body side of a gun such as recessed slots for the slide release, thumb safety, etc....making a holster fitted to the outside of the gun only.

But I suppose that's what you get for their pricing, modularity, and the ability to buy shells for just about any gun one could think of.

All that said, Alien Gear handles returns and refunds very promptly.

Thank you. It seems they have modified their older stuff with a narrower piece of metal and changed the backing. YouTube is pretty much positive about them. The forever guarantee is appealing also.

I wanted one when I bough my full sized XD, but they weren’t making them for my pistol at that time. I ended up spending about $120 for an appendix holster and an owb holster.

I liked my cloak tuck for the shield.
