Added a Curtis Customs to the Stable - 10/18/17 11:36 PM

I picked up my Curtis Customs 6mm Creedmor today and could not be happier. Thanks Chase for an awesome build and experience! I hope to work up loads and stretch her legs a bit in mid-Nov and will post pics.

Curtis Axiom action, incredibly slick and smooth
Curtis Bottom Metal
Muller Works barrel, Big Honkin' contour, fluted, muscle brake
Manners T6A bedded by Joel Russo
Jewell trigger
Topping it with a Vortex Razor HD II 4.5-27 (mil mil JG!) with Seekins rings

Wish my rifle range was longer.

Bunch of great parts, with great craftsmanship, will make for a great rifle. Good choice on optics! up

Thanks all. I am eager to get dies and brass (going with Lapua 6.5 Creed) and work up some loads. I still don't have my reloading gear set up in the new house so a lot of work to do. Will be nice to see how great it shoots with me driving it and then what it can really do with JG, Chad or Judd shooting.

It really did not take too long. Chase was very generous and offered me one of the first Axiom actions available or an upgrade to the Vector action knowing it was several months behind. I opted for the Vector but after seeing the positive reviews of the Axiom I decided to go that direction in May and told him mine was not a priority since I knew I would not be able to use it until November. Chase was very helpful throughout the process.

Midwaytmm, you can check out the Curtis website here Curtis Link
