They are so light that the recoil on larger calibers is hard to bear.
They are 1.5" guns at best and the interchangeable barrel deal isn't a good deal
The barrels are higher than most good rifles and you have to have a scope for each one.
R93s are somewhat light the R8s are a good pound heavy to a similar synthetic rifle such as a R700. So don't agree.
Most I had were much better than 1.5 inch guns--so I'n my opinion you didn't work up much of a load. I had a 222 , 6.5-284 barrel and a 9.3x62 barrel that were the most accurate guns I ever owned. My 257 was fair--still was better than 1.5 inches--Blaser will replace the barrel if it does not shoot MOA... So you should have looked at getting yours replaced.
