A scout scope is a good idea for that beast, no?

What's the application for a gun like this? Besides self inflicted torture I mean.

Perhaps it just falls under the "boys will be boys" file.

Seen this several times over the past few years. Always watch it. never gets old. Love large bore guns.
Several years back there was a guy who made 20mm bolt action that was a mule to shoot as well.

Anti-vehicle
Anti-rotator cuff
Anti-using your upper body for anything other than eating, drinking, and getting back to the couch for the next 24-48 hours

I've been kicked by a horse (I'm sure you can tell by some of my posts), I'd consider doing it again before I put my shoulder to that thing.

All things considered it doesn't look terrible, slightly worse than the 18lb .700ne I did. I'd shoot it off sticks, screw this tucked down overr the bench, not the correct way to handle this amount of recoil.

Needs some industrial velcro to hold it down. Can't have baseball bats like that just flying off the table.
