Big thanks to whomever moved it into "News & Announcements". I could not post a "New Topic" in that forum.

Cool! I'm interested in going, can you please provide more information on what goes on during these banquets? I've never been. Thank you!

Sure thing. Doors open at 6pm. It is open seating (unless you purchased a corporate table, they are reserved), so first come first selection on seating. We will have a silent auction (which you write your name and bid price down until the end time, usually 1 hr), dinner is served during this time (usually chicken & steak fajitas with all the trimmings) raffle items (which you buy tickets and deposit in a bucket next to items you wish), live auction (which individuals bid on). Pay out any items you won and complete by 9pm - 9:30pm. There is a cash bar for liquor and free keg beer. It is a family friendly environment, kids and significant others are always welcome and encouraged to attend. It is a fun time with a great chance for people to win items and contribute towards wetlands preservation. Please feel free to contact me by cell phone if you have any further questions. Thanks Jason
