I’ve always wondered what firearms have in common with alcohol and tobacco. I think many of the ATF guys wondered the same thing while making felons out of otherwise law abiding citizens.

I’ve always wondered what firearms have in common with alcohol and tobacco. They're all subject to excise tax. That's the only thing that I can think of.
