If I want to carry a pistol on my chest during this years, Elk hunt, is there a good option to do so and still carry binos? Maybe a combo harness of some sort?

I have this bino holder from Hornady, The pocket on the front will hold a box of 270 bullets.I never carried a pistol in it but could carry a 9 or 40 cal pistol.

All the bino companies make attachments to their bino packs. Marsupial, FHF gear, kifaru, TNK hunting, Alaska guide, stone glacier, kuiu etc.

For archery elk I rarely carry bino’s so I use Gunfighters INC Kenai Chest Holster. I’ve also just stuck my p365 in back pocket of Marsupial also

I’m fond of Marsupial but now a days they are all good

I have used a chest holster from Paradise Valley leather works. I can adjust it to ride just under my binos and still have quick access. I've used this for several years and the craftsmanship it excellent. Good luck

Gunfighter Inc. makes an excellent chest holster.

For clarification that’s the kaldex Bino-Link Holster that attaches to bottom of almost all Bino harnesses(that’s a FHF bino harness), gunfighter doesn’t make a bino harnesss
