The wife likes to watch every food and cooking channel on TV, and when she sees something she likes or thinks I will like she records it. This week she watched one of her favorite "foodies" make this.

Pretty good tonight; a little sweet, some salty, just enough beans and cheese. The onions/spice/horseradish were not overpowering but enough to be interesting. Since losing a bunch of weight, I can't eat like before!! Can't believe I left any on the plate
