I am getting 2 new 5x6 Antler Shed Box Blinds with the 8' towers.    I have looked at the pics and do not see a good way to secure these to the ground.    I am in East Texas in the river bottom.  The dirt/mud is soft most of the year and we do get high winds occasionally.  They will need to be secure for sure.      It has been a while since I have used box stands.   I am looking for suggestions on how to tie them down.

With my Antler Shed (and all my rifle blinds for that matter), I dug a two foot hole directly underneath and drove a 48" earth anchor from tractor supply down the middle to ground level. Then, I filled the hole in with quikrete and used steel cable from the anchor points on the bottom of the blind with a heavy duty turnbuckle to the earth anchor to get it nice and tight. Also, on two of the legs, I drove t posts parallel to the legs and attached them with 4" square U Bolts. She hasn't gone anywhere since.

We dug a 2x2 ft wide 4’ deep hole and filled it with cement using a trailer house anchor in the center sticking up a couple of inches. Used steel cable and turnbuckles from each leg under the blind. Blind was centered over the block. This was on a hilltop in Lampasas 15’ to the bottom of the stand. Never had any issues and went through some pretty strong wind storms.

we used 4 T-posts driven in at about a 45 degree angle away from the stand about as deep as we could drive it. Then used rolled wire (like barbed wire without barbs) from base of the t-posts up to the base of the box, with long turn buckles in the middle to tighten with the wires at about 45 degree angles from box to t-post. We have a 4x6 on 10 foot legs in the middle of a field that gets some pretty high winds and it's been rock solid for about 6 years.
