Been wanting to try this for a while. Cooked the brisket burger on the griddle and added the cheese. The bowl consisted of chopped lettuce, onion, tomatoes, 3 slices of chopped bacon with a mayonnaise aioli mixed together. It turned out great. :Looks good. I gave up 99% of the carbs and sugar at the beginning of the year - lost some weight and feel a lot better lately. Been doing a lot of the same kind of cooking.
Shoot. Eat. Repeat.

Lovely. Right up my alley now, with trying to drop some weight, and still feed the wife good meals also!!
