While this is obviously not the sanctuary, it is part of the water system as there was no community water system until many years later. This is where I was Baptized almost 60 years ago, my Sister was married over 45 years ago and we held funerals for both my Grandfather, Grandmother, Mother, Father and an infant Great Niece. While I have been a resident of Menard County since 1985, this part of South Texas will always hold a special place in my heart. Adios, Gary
