Snowy and cold outside today, front blew in yesterday afternoon with thunder, lightning, graupel and snow. Made spicy green chile for supper last night so had a green chile, fried eggs, and bacon on tortillas breakfast. Rib roasts are on sale at Safeway so later today the spouse is dividing up and 20 lb roast into 1 prime rib and several rib eyes. Looks great. When I was putting all my steaks away, I found some more packages of Hatch chiles, so pork chile verde is on the menu soon!!!
