I have for my dad as gifts. My parents had nothing bad to say about the meats.

I was looking at 3 bone plate ribs. They were $79.95 for choice. Picked up a 3 bone rack of Prime @ HEB for 69.95. Also found a bone in pork crown roast. I’ve been looking for this for a while, can’t wait to fire up the off set this week.
Wanted another tri tip, but they’ve only been about 2lbs lately. I like the 3.5-4lb size

This is hard for me to say since I cut meat and managed a meat market for 26 years, but beef has gotten so expensive that I almost refuse to buy it.

To answer your question though......No.

Does it have preservatives of any kind? I know one thing; don’t ever, ever, ever buy steaks from that guy that shows up at your door! I think…it’s hard to find good meat.
