Too distracted by the Masters today, so didn't spend much time cooking. Tacos and poppers. Man, I love fish tacos. It's always a battle whether to fry the fish or grill it. I kind`a favor highly seasoned grilled.

I'm with you on the grilled fish tacos. Best ones I have eaten were with the fish sauteed with onions and peppers in small chunks! Awesome!
