I have been seeing a broker that goes by Brad Miller that’s leasing land around Throckmorton, should I be concerned he is crooked. I got scammed couple years ago

I have a hard time dealing with any brokers. The way I see it is most of the guys in my circle hunt and a good lease is really hard to find, so I have a hard time believing that any brokers circle is any different. If he knows of a quality place surely has people he could fill it with and not have to advertise.

I met him. Two places I know he has are extremely overpriced. That’s all I’ll say.

Is it the same Brad Miller that is a former NBA player and has a hunting show? no, he washes trash cans out and brokers land in throckmorton county and is causing long time leasers to be booted because some people have more money than sense.

Is it the same Brad Miller that is a former NBA player and has a hunting show? I doubt he was the same NBA player. I googled Brad Miller NBA and got a 6'11" guy that hunts. The guy I met in Throckmorton was maybe 6'. This guy I met while he toured a prospective new ranch to lease had his cap on backwards and looked like tennis shoes on and kept repeating "Im not a lease broker, Im a hunter".
