Just a reminder. Today is your last day to apply, hunt or points. Also OK opened today if you do that lottery draw.

I just put in for points for elk, deer, pronghorn and bear for CO. But I did put in for area 18 for cow moose. I have 3 plus 14 weighted points. Dont know if that will do it, guess I will see in June

You should have put in for 10, I’ve gotten offered turn back tags in 20 plus units with 15.

I've shot lots of elk but I've never shot a moose. CO issues a lot more elk tags than moose tags so why not try to get it before they screw the draw up? Next season I can only swing one hunt up that way but the year after that I'll be retired and can spend a lot of time on elk and deer.

Way too confusing....I want to go to CO and I have the opportunity go this year but didnt apply for anything. Unit is supposed to have leftover cow tags is what I am told. I know nothing about it. I have to wait and see if I get drawn in KS before I decide if I can make it to CO

There are OTC rifle tags in most units for 2nd and 3rd season
