Saw this earlier. It doesn't (currently) mean that you need a 4473 to buy as little as a firing pin or pvc pipe. Just means the frames and receiver rule isn't facially unconstitutional. So far the understanding is that things like the Polymer80s with the jig and tools are guns as is, but something like an AK flat or an 80 lower on its own is not. Of course we know how some courts get creative in their interpretations... short version, this likely won't impact many of us to any significant degree.
