Ate sandwiches for two days, and decided the other half of brisket was going to sacrifice itself as soup. Chopped all the meat, added carrots, celery, onions, potatoes, mushrooms, diced petite tomatoes, chickpeas, and northern white beans. All that stuff floating on top is salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, garlic and onion powder, and a couple bay leaves. Turned out delicious!!!
