Work friend of mine and his group of 5 others lost their place unexpectedly; landowner's son and his friends are going to now lease it out. The lease was 1200 acres out near Greystone Castle ranch, 1.75 hours west/southwest of metroplex. Steve and up to 5 others would like to look into leasing another place, 1000ish acres in the $3000-4000 per gun top end, ideally within 3-4 hours of metromess, year-round access, trailer electricity hookup and water with the opportunity to see and take mature deer, hogs, varmints and turkey. Their members were on the prior lease from 5-30 years, so know how to take care of a place. Please let me know if Steve and/or his group are the type of hunters you may be interested in having and I will pass on to him. Thinking he/they would like to keep the search, SW, W, NW of metromess. Thanks for the help....

Leases aren't hard to find. I don't feel sorry for Steve.

Man, that's not very nice; I feel bad for anyone losing their long term lease through no fault of their own....

Reality is what it is. Less than a week ago, Steve had a lease come up on this forum that would have met his criteria.
