Are they more of a regional thing or are they in every deer but you may not always see them? Many years ago I hunted around Abilene and Coleman and every deer killed would have these nasal bots and they would begin to exit the nose within an hour of the deer being killed. I never saw them in East Texas, and haven’t seen them in the last 10 years that I’ve been hunting Hardeman Co.

Not sure of a regional but I can tell you, Ive found them in deer from STX, Lufkin, Hill country, south NM, southern CO And Northern Okla.

They all have them from the deer I've killed Texas & Oklahoma.
