The wife and I prefer these over sloppy joes most times. Either small cubed meat, or ground lean meat. Drain the grease and stir in a 50/50 mix of smoked Gruyère and American cheese. Butter grilled buns, veggie crunch, and a perky horseradish aioli under the lettuce.

Looks like a good meal!
