Still have that crappy cold the great grand gave me. Day 3 so wasn't going out today.

Smoker box on the grill, with mix of apple and cherry woods. 2 1/2 hours at 225 degrees. Bacon a little over done, but good none the less. Tater tots to make an imitation poutine.

Smoked is the only way I do meat loaf at the house anymore. Looks great Blank.
