This is an interesting read. A couple on a walk in France were attacked by a wild boar that was "distressed," and "bleeding from the mouth" that was been chased by a pack of hunting dogs. The couple were hospitalized for their injuries and blame the hunters. The man suffered a punctured femoral artery.

A hunt had been declared by date and time, but for an area 11 kilometers (6.8 miles) away. The hunters/hunting federation say they are not to blame. They were just in the area to "get their dogs back" after their chase. The hunting federation has the hunters as the heroes for saving the couple. Oddly enough, the hunters who were only there to collect their dogs after the hunt did just happen to arrive with guns, almost like they were hunting.

Somehow, this sounds familiar, LOL.
