Have had a couple boars randomly over the last 6 months. In December I started getting 4 sows almost daily but at odd hours in the night. At lleast 3 were very pregnant. The coyotes were tracking them too. Anyway, about 10 days ago they disappeared. I surmised to the landowners they were probably dropping litters. First sighting in almost 2 weeks and in the daylight too ( always been nocturnal). I was right. I count 16 here.

Question: It is known that women who co-habitate will, over time, have coordinated menstrual cycles. Anecdotally, it seems hogs have developed the same traits ( see my video buried in a thread further down) based on multiple observations, including the puc here. can anybody confirm and/or explain the biology of such traits? TIA
