Needed something nice and creamy, to use up the half and half, cream cheese, and leftover red wine. Cubed a big tough sirloin in the InstaPot for 20 minutes, all the goodies and seasonings. Home made pasta noodles for me. Wife wanted hers over mashed potatoes (weird!!).
