I guess I’m old fashioned, but apparently they aren’t made anymore. Do any of you guys have a NIB scope or know where to find one? There has to be some shops around where these still exist. Matte black scopes just don’t look right on my old Winchester model 70. cry

You're not likely to find one in really nice shape at a price you'll like.

I was a little late to the matte finish party myself, but once I put one on a rifle it didn't take long to get used to it. But you're waaaaaaaaaaay late---not to say you're "too" late though.

Buy a new one of your choosing and send it to US Cerakote. They also have some new ones that are already done.

I have 2 old 2x7 glossy Leupolds presently on 22’s. If you really wanted one, I guess I’d swap it for a matte one. You’d want to send it to Leupold for a refurb. That’s a lot of trouble for a glossy scope though.

Something around 4-16 x 40-44 obj., I think I just might have to buy different rings for my rifle and it might cure the issue that I’m having.

That classic sight posted above is cool, I liked looking at the pics. up

I love the classic gloss Leupold scopes with the low profile turret covers. I don’t care that they don’t click.

ebay

They're not cheap, especially for the glass quality.

I’ve always been very happy with the clarity and low light function of my old leupold 3x9.
