A pic with something for reference would be helpful.

My inclination is to say this is a bobcat. But if you show a deer and it's not much bigger than that, then it is clearly a lion.

But I would say bobcat from this one pic

Looks like a cat. Looks more like a bobcat than anything else, but I couldn’t say for sure.

My best guess it's a bobcat! I may have missed it, but I'd like to know the area or where the picture was taken. Is this an area that has cougars?
