Looking for freezer filler. What combination of price, quantity (mass), and taste do hunters here in Texas prefer? Thinking of trying something new.
Have done red hinds before. Recently finished off an eland. Have whitetail in freezer up north.
Prefer to avoid elk & bison and other extremely lean game.
Thank you in advance for any advice.

Axis meat is basically unbeatable. Blackbuck is great just the animals are small.

nilgai, wildebeest and eland are my go to for filling a freezer for quality but the last 2 are little pricey
