The Hartmann's Zebra stripes also stops at the belly , where the Burchell's stripes follows all the way . The Hartmann's to me is the better trophy and more of a hunt . The Hartmann's meat is also exceptionally very good and tasty , as it have a white fat and not a yellow fat like the Burchell Zebra. The meat of the Hartmann's zebra is also very very good to use for baiting predators , especially with leopards. Both Hartmann's Zebra and Burchell Zebra makes very good rugs ( Flat skins) tanned .
