I have a Harvester EVO and the adapter is absolutely stuck in the can. I tried boiling it, freezing it, cannot get it out. It operates just fine on my 1/2 x 28 threaded rifle, but I'd like to be able to use it on 5/8 x 24 threaded barrels as well. Any tips on getting it out?

I think you need to use a torch and heat the piss out of it. I would personally use some Kroil and let it sit for an hour or so prior to heat , or use the Kroil first without heat. It's amazing stuff.

What Jgraider said. It is probably carboned in place and you will need a torch to get it off (and Kroil will help) or weeks of it sitting in penetrating oil and no heat.
You want it very hot, but not glowing. You don't want to change the tempering of the metal. You just want the head to cause some expansion of the metal to break the carbon lock. You will want an old hot pad, ideally a thick one, to grab the heated adapter so that you can take it off.

Really stupid question but are we absolutely positive we’re turning the right way ? Not sure if those adapters have left handed threads or not as I have never handled them

And this is why I don't like using adapters of any kind. Direct thread to barrel is the absolute best way to go. Like others have said, heat the dog chit out of it. Good Luck!
I am still looking for the perfect apron, one with reinforced knee areas would be perfect.

SilencerCo's adapters SUCK! Mine continually got stuck like that. Once you get it off and desire to keep using adapters, suggest you go with the YHM universal adapter. Simple thread on and off. Glorious piece of kit.

Adapters are fine, but they should be attached to the host barrel with rocksett and torqued to 30-40 ft lbs. So this doesn't happen.

Not sure if those adapters have left handed threads or not as I have never handled them My first thought as well, but all my cans are reverse threaded, so I'm not entirely sure. I've had one get locked on, but I just used a strap wrench to get it off.

Wow, just curious, what make of cans you have? did my research on most all the cans i looked at most of them had right had threads. I have a Bannish 30 which is direct connection to barrels. Wanted to keep it simple. Only have 2 guns i use it on, sure works good! Think once that fellow remove the stuck can, invest in some anti-sieze paste and use it well, sure cure the problem. Gunsmith told me once, those cans dont need to be smoking tight on barrels just so they dont unthread while shooting.
thats my rant for the week...
shoot safe....
