in Iowa Park right off 287, been using them for years. I was really surprised by the recent posts about others and what they charge.
I dropped my doe off yesterday whole, skin on, field dressed. I don't get a lot of prepared cuts, only breakfast sausage, it's great. I'm out the door for $260.00 20 lbs breakfast sausage ($4.00/lb) Back straps tenderized Rounds, tenderized Tenderloins, whole Balance, ground
It will be ready Monday. They have processed 956 animals since September.
An unethical shot is one you take, that you know you shouldn't.

I`m sure some would say that is high because people still remember getting one processed for 65 bucks back in the days when you could buy a new truck for 15K and new homes were 75 dollars per sq. ft. I used to have a saying when I managed a meat market. It was "eat`n ain`t cheap". Hopefully the sausage will taste great, and the rest of the meat is tender.

Big fan here. In-laws live in WF and we've used them many times for processing and taxidermy. Good work all around. Waiting for a couple European mounts as we speak.

It's ready for pick up. Not bad.

They do a fine job. I had backstraps and tenderloins cut into steaks and ground up the rest. $200 and I like their shrink wrap clear packaging a lot. I did get sticker shock with the cost of a full shoulder mount now, but I haven’t had one mounted for 5 years. But he does a great job and gets it done by summer the same year and that’s pretty awesome.

I got charged $95 for a buck at Mount Pleasant Meat Processing. Just steaks and ground. No sausage or anything exotic. I will say I get noticeably more meat back when they process a deer compared to others I’ve tried. They don’t seem to waste anything.

820$- half up front, half when they finish…. That's very close if not exactly what I paid last year at Erick's Taxidermy, Decatur, Tx.

Yeah I kind of figured it was the norm - last time I had one mounted was 5 years ago and it was right around $450. But this one was my PB and he does a great job so it’s money well spent….
