Check the website for good pictures!!! Congratulations to Chaparral WMA's Big Time Texas Hunt Winner Curtis and his friend Jeremy on harvesting two great south Texas bucks, 1 doe and a javelina! Curtis's big 8 weighed in at 148 lbs and went 137 2/8 gross. Jeremy's unique 16 pointer went 177 5/8 gross non-typical and netted 170 3/8. Jeremy's buck will be entered into the Texas Wildlife Associations Texas Big Game Awards for Region 8. Back when the Chaparral was the star of the Public Lands Hunting Program, it was mostly due to this man!!
