Just hugging and talking is wonderful and we enjoyed each other, played great games, doted over the young great grandson, and ate too much. Too many snacks before dinner. Then meat , salad and potatoes. The 13# ribeye roast came out perfect!!! Dessert was eggnog cake, eggnog topping, and BlueBell ice cream. Beer and whiskey, 'cause you can't drink bacon!!

After seasoning, I flipped it over with the cap protected by the ribs, and re-tied it. Almost 5 hours at 225 degrees and it was perfect thru the entire thing. Very tender!! Beer and whiskey, 'cause you can't drink bacon!!
