Been a minute but I got lucky enough to draw a tag for MM this year on a management hunt. Had my youngest along with me on the card as well. We started off not seeing much but picked a few spots out and kept dumping the corn to them. He was lucky enough to get a deer at last light the second day and I got a pig and spike the third morning. Big thanks to everyone with TPWD for the help through the hunt. Got to see alot of cool country and different types of animals.

I have been lucky enough to draw there for a couple of hunts. One was a bow hunt, but no tag applied. I did have the exotics all over me and of course they would bust me which I figured sent any shootable deer some where else. It's a beautiful place to go. The other was not successful either, but I really enjoyed the hunts. Glad you were able to connect.

That's a fun hunt with the kids. Lots to see on the drives in and out. Neat place and great staff.
